Delilah is the opulent modern-day supper club located inside the Wynn Las Vegas hotel.
It’s one of my favorite places for brunch in Las Vegas, with a deluxe Bubble Brunch that combines a delicious menu with live entertainment.

The elevated Bubble Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays, and starts with sharing platters of pastries and fresh fruit.
After a course of appetizers, also served for the table to share, you’ll enjoy your choice from a good selection of entrees. These range from a light egg-white omelette to a hearty NY strip steak with scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes.
The beverage menu includes wines, beers, signature cocktails, and alcohol-free options. You can also upgrade to “Endless Bubbles” for an additional charge.
At $150 per person, Delilah at the Wynn makes an excellent choice for a special occasion brunch. You can read more in my full review of Bubble Brunch at Delilah.

Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris Las Vegas

- Vibe: Lively, upscale, but still fairly relaxed
- Highlights: The Quiche Lorraine is as good as any you’ll find outside France
Located inside the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, Mon Ami Gabi has been delighting visitors to Las Vegas for 25 years.
This French bistro is a popular brunch spot, thanks to its stylish interior, comfortable atmosphere, and prime view of the Bellagio fountains.
The sunny patio is cooled by misters in the hot Vegas summer and heated in the cooler months. If that still sounds too uncomfortable, the patio inside by the bar will still give you a good view for people-watching.
Brunch here is served from 11 am to 2 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The short menu features a delicious range of brunch favourites, including Quiche Lorraine, Corned Beef Hash, and classic Eggs Benedict.
A small selection of breakfast cocktails is also available, including a variety of mimosas and spritz options.
