The Garden Table is the fairytale Vegas brunch of your dreams

Brunch at The Garden Table at Bellagio is more than just a meal. It’s a little bit of Vegas magic set in a magical garden straight out of a fairytale.

Just imagine: sparkling cocktails, a tempting seasonal menu, and the prettiest table that leaves you feeling like a prince or princess. I visited the Bellagio Las Vegas with high expectations, and left wishing that every brunch could be this special.

Read on to discover why a seat at the Garden Table is one of the hottest reservations on the Strip.

The Bellagio Las Vegas

The Bellagio Hotel & Casino is one of the most luxurious Las Vegas hotels. It’s also one of the largest hotels in Las Vegas, with nearly 4000 elegant rooms and suites.

The Bellagio is located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, near other top Vegas hotels like the Waldorf Astoria. It’s also close to major attractions like The Shops at Crystals and The Arte Museum Las Vegas.

The Bellagio is famous for its impressive fountains that put on a light and music show each evening. This is a popular attraction and one of the top things to do in Las Vegas with kids.

You might also recognise the hotel as one of the main filming locations for the “Oceans 11” movie.

The hotel’s exceptional eateries range from an all-American diner serving casual bites to fine dining at the PRIME Steakhouse and Mayfair Supper Club.

The Bellagio’s brunch restaurant, Sadelle’s Café, overlooks the hotel’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. This beautiful atrium is filled with stunning plants, sounds, and scents, and open to the public, 24/7.

Five times each year, the Gardens transform with new seasonal displays for Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Lunar New Year.

At the heart of the Botanical Gardens lies the Garden Table, a unique brunch experience that has quickly become one of the best brunch spots in Las Vegas.

The Garden Table is an exclusive table that blends the skills of the Bellagio’s culinary and horticultural teams. Together, they create a luxurious brunch experience tailored to the seasons.

When we visited in September 2025, the Botanical Gardens were ready for fall. The vibrant harvest installation featured giant mushrooms, colorful gourds, golden flowers, and a Frog Queen sitting on her throne.

The table for our brunch sat inside a giant pumpkin with tendrils trailing down the sides. I felt like Cinderella sitting inside her pumpkin carriage!

There is only one table in the Conservatory, so reservations are hard to get and offer two seatings a day.

The table seats up to six people for brunch, provided by Sadelle’s Café at a fixed price of $145 per person. In the evenings, the Michael Mina restaurant offers an elegant dinner service at the Garden Table. Dinner costs $195 per person for up to four people, with an optional wine pairing which costs $115 per person.

Originally, we thought our group would have a seventh person, and the Bellagio was kind enough to accommodate an extra person in our group. Unfortunately, the additional guest had to cancel at the last moment, but the hotel didn’t charge us for their meal.

I thought this flexibility was impressive, as it isn’t something you always see at high-end restaurants.

Brunch at the Garden Table, Bellagio

The three-course Garden Table Brunch starts with unlimited mimosas made with prosecco rather than champagne. Your server will bring a carafe of fresh orange juice to the table, so you can tailor your mimosa to your own taste.

The prix fixe brunch also includes a selection of teas, coffee, and fresh orange and grapefruit juices. You can also choose from a small range of specialty cocktails, but these aren’t included in the price of brunch.

The first course is a selection of toasted bagels to load up with cream cheese and your choice of toppings.

These include salmon roe, smoked salmon, capers, herbs, and delicate slices of tomato and cucumber, all presented on the top tier of the brunch tower.

The tower’s second tier is filled with generous slices of avocado toast made with homemade bread, and the bottom tier holds dainty breakfast pastries.

This first course made a delicious start to our VIP brunch.

Next, you can choose from a small range of brunch dishes such as steak and eggs, salmon Benedict, or French toast with berries.

I chose the French toast, which came in sumptuously thick slices served with fresh berries, whipped cream, and maple syrup. This option might not be for you if you prefer a very firm French toast, but I loved the rich flavor and gooey texture.

Others in our group went for the steak and eggs, which are cooked to your preference and served with a hash brown. This dish also looked delicious, and everyone who chose it really enjoyed it.

The final course in your Garden Table brunch is dessert, which was a tempting raspberry cheesecake.

Some of our group had to leave early to head to the airport, so we asked to take the desserts to go. I ate my slice later, and it tasted just as good as the rest of the meal.

Our Garden Table Experience

The brunch table at the Bellagio, Las Vegas.

As I mentioned earlier, the Conservatory is open to the general public. While we were eating our brunch, tourists were walking around, looking at us, and taking photos. We tried to ignore them as much as possible and turned away whenever they were taking a picture. Hopefully our faces aren’t in their vacation photos!

The table will be roped off until you check in, and nobody will actually sit down with you. However, it felt like we had next to no privacy, as if we were sitting in a fishbowl. So I wouldn’t recommend the Garden Table if privacy is important to you or you want an intimate brunch experience.

Also, remember that the dress code for the Garden Table is business casual, so be sure to pick a suitable outfit.

The Service

Your Garden Table booking has a two-hour time limit, which should be enough time to enjoy brunch.

The service didn’t feel rushed, but your waiter will also cover other tables inside Sadelle’s Café. I could tell the waiter was busy with other tables because there were long stretches of time when our table was left unattended.

For example, the bottle of prosecco sat in an ice bucket next to our table so we could refill our own drinks. That wasn’t a problem, but I think you’d expect more personal service for $145 per person.

When the waiter came out, he was very attentive and happy to oblige with any requests we had. But if we needed something, there was a long delay before we could ask for it.

The waiter didn’t come out to our table that often, and it felt like we had to remind him we were still there. But generally, I think that was the only downside to our Garden Table brunch.

Is the Garden Table at Bellagio worth it?

I absolutely loved our brunch at the Bellagio Las Vegas. The fixed price of $145 per person for brunch is more expensive than a regular brunch spot. However, this is a luxury brunch experience that you won’t find at any other Las Vegas hotel.

The food and drink were delicious, the ambiance in the Conservatory was amazing, and it felt very cool to be sitting at the only table in such a stunning space. The beautiful, whimsical setting makes you feel like a Disney princess or a character in a fairy tale.

Although the service was a little slow at times, the waiter was attentive to our requests and made us feel like VIPs.

If you’re celebrating a special occasion or visiting Las Vegas on a once-in-a-lifetime trip, it’s worth splashing out on brunch in such a unique setting. However, if you’re on a budget or want more privacy, you might prefer another Vegas brunch spot.

Overall, brunch at the Garden Table is a memorable experience that I highly recommend.
